Using the latest technology, KWIK Count Global (KCG) is a high quality and cost effective device for measuring the number of visitors who enter and exit a specific room or building. 

The unit can be wall mounted, secured to a counter or other appropriate piece of furniture or floor mounted within a more open space.

Footfall is detected using two infrared sensors.  Using ZigBee wireless protocol the footfall data is transmitted from the KCG unit to a nearby Internet enabled PC.  On that PC a small application is installed and runs automatically in the background.  Data is uploaded from the PC to the website in real time, thus enabling all authorised users to log in, view and download the up-to-date data at their convenience.

For those customers who are unable to install software on their computer network we are able to offer an alternative utilising standard SIM technology.

The sensors have a range of up to 2.5 metres.

The distance between the KCG unit and the Internet enabled PC will vary depending on the environment.  With clear site lines the distance can be greater but the signal can also be boosted with a hopper(s).

The data is uploaded to a secure SQL database located on a remote web-server capable of holding more than 8 billion records. It can be downloaded either as XML or XLS format for use with Microsoft Excel.

The unit can be mains operated with battery backup or battery powered with solar backup.
